Shipping
All orders are delivered via Australia Post. Each order has a flat rate charge of $10.00 Australia wide or $19.95 for Express Post under 5kg - unless you wish to have a walk in (pop in and pick up your order). I am considering doing deliveries twice a week within the Sunshine Coast, Caloundra area for a $10 fee - this is by email or phone request and usually on a Tuesday or Thursday.Refund Policy
Naturally it is in our best interest that our customers are happy. With this in mind if you are by any way unhappy with your purchase we provide the following options to you our customer. You can choose between a refund, excluding shipping, exchange or credit is also available excluding shipping. This is subject to providing proof of purchase and that your goods are returned unused and with all seals and containers intact. So please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
