Are your products environmentally friendly?

We are pleased to let you know that our products are 100% natural and all wicks are lead free. We have a fine selection of natural candles, Soy, Palm Wax.


Is A CandleMaking Boutique an Australian Company?

Yes we are 100% Australian owned. A CandleMaking Boutique ABN 31 195 607 804. I personally hand pour all candles we sell right here on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.


Is it safe to place my order on A CandleMaking Boutique's website?

Yes. All orders are either processed through PAYPAL used by 86 million worldwide account holders or you can also select the option cheque/money order. PAYPAL is a secure payment provider. If you select the cheque/money order option once your order is completed you will receive a confirmation email to which you just reply requesting our bank details which will be forwarded to you immediately. Please be aware that all orders must be paid in full and funds cleared prior to despatch.

 
Do you have a money back guarantee?

Naturally it is in our best interest that our customers are happy. With this in mind if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase at A CandleMaking Boutique we provide the following options to you our customer. You have 10 days to inspect your order/products. You can choose between a refund, excluding shipping, exchange or credit is also available excluding shipping. This is subject to providing proof of purchase and that your goods are returned unused and with all seals and containers intact. So please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Please note that any damage incurred in transit by Australia Post is the responsibility of the purchaser and to claim from Australia Post, provide all completed appropriate paper work and proof of damaged packaging to your local post ofifce.


Do your prices include G.S.T?

No. All products at A CandleMaking Boutique do not include G.S.T.


Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?

Yes. All orders are either processed through Paypal used by 86 million worldwide account holders or you can also select the option cheque/money order. Once your order is completed you will receive an email with our bank details. Please be aware that all orders must be paid in full before despatch.


Can I pick up my order?

No. At this time we do not accept pickups on orders. All orders placed online at our store A CandleMaking Boutique will be delivered via Australia Post. If you are in the Sunshine Coast district we are considering doing a delivery drop twice a week. Send me a quick email at sales@acandlemakingboutique.com or call Victoria's mobile on 040704 9990 and if you are on the Sunshine Coast and feel like sweet talking me I could be persuaded to drop your order off to you on a Monday or Friday.


What are your expected delivery times?

Orders are processed in the order received. Once your order is placed and full payment received your candles are made or order collated. All candles made in house are cured for 24 - 48 hours, packaged carefully and posted direct to your door. You should receive your order within 7-10 business days depending on your location in Australia. If you require the items quicker than that, then simply select express post.


Insurance?

It is in your best interest to protect your order. With this in mind we think it is wise for all orders to also include insurance, this is only $5.00 however it is your decision, if you want insurance please select the option when checking out your order.


What do you charge for postage?

All orders are delivered via Australia Post. Each order has a flat rate charge of $8.50 Australia wide and $19.95 for express post. If you wish to use Express Post please place your order and email us with your request to have it sent via express post and the amount will manually be added to your order.


Can I add items to an order I have already placed?

We may be contacted on 0407049990 during business hours. Please ensure you have your order number ready when calling. We can only add an item/s to your order if your order has not yet been shipped.
